Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may need to be reassessed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your contract.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law. Work may be suspended if payment terms are not met.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty

We stand behind our work and provide warranties on our services as outlined in your project contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural settling, or external factors beyond our control.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. You must also remove or protect any items in or near the work area that could be damaged during construction.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if work has already begun or materials have been ordered. Specific terms will be outlined in your project contract.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Massachusetts.
